In this role, you will work directly with the Deputy County Manager to conduct research, evaluate data, and prepare coherent reports that inform strategic and operational decisions. You will help update and develop policies and procedures to strengthen administrative systems, and assist with grant applications, budget development, and financial tracking.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in public/business administration or related field, plus 3 years of experience in data analysis, policy development, project coordination, and/or administrative operations. Local government experience preferred; master’s degree desirable.

Full Salary Range: $56,515 - $86,117 DOQ
