Shift: 2nd Shift (4:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
Shift Premium: $3.00 extra per hour
Responsibilities and Duties- Operate (automatic and/or manual) production machine(s) and maintain the mechanical condition of the machine(s).
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle in accordance with operating guidelines.
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed).
- Record production.
- Stand, move, and lift materials; fast hand speed required.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Maintain a safe working environment while adhering to safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain production and quality levels.
