DEAL Fastener Corporation is NOW HIRING for Full-Time Narrow Fabric Weaver/Loom Operators!
Shift Schedule- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Premium $1.50/hr)
- Work Days: Monday - Thursday, occasional Fridays
- 3-Day Weekends

- Operate looms
- Monitor loom quality through inspection of woven tapes on the loom and stop the loom when defects are identified
- Repair defects if capable, otherwise document the problem and alert loom fixer to repair
- Threads warp through guides and heddles, over rollers, etc., tie or splice ends to repair yarn breaks
- Tie yarn splices at warp changes
- Follow procedures and policies
- Maintain production and quality levels
- 2+ years weaving experience
