Assembly Team Lead

The Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the assigned production area, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met.

• Responsible for leading small teams of associates in all aspects of safety, quality, housekeeping, production and production reporting within their area of responsibility.
• Read & understand prints and manufacturing orders.
• Understand containment procedure (TS-WI.8.3-04) statistical control process charts
• Correctly use electronic scales and required gauges.
• Use production report to schedule operators.
• Perform setups for operators.
• See that all jobs are set up properly with all things necessary to do the job, including components and paperwork.
• Print and verify labels for MO’s.
• Order components from warehouse.
• Pull finished pallets to warehouse. Scan product into warehouse location and move product from one area to another.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Basic level of computer literacy, basic mechanical and basic math skills.
• Sit, walk or stand (concrete flooring and changing temperatures).
• Be able to work closely with coworkers.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision.

• Machine Setup Experience.

• High School Diploma or GED.
