As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be the steady, reassuring presence our patients and their families count on. Your skill, attention, and compassion will help ensure continuity of care, reduce stress for patients, and support our clinical team in delivering the highest standards of nursing practice. You will be a vital link in creating a safe, healing environment-right when it is needed most.

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately and promptly in the electronic health record system.
• Respond quickly and effectively to changes in the patient’s condition, escalating concerns as needed.
• Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families, helping them navigate care decisions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with infection control protocols.

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current and valid LPN license in North Carolina.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical or long-term care setting.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team.
• Reliability and commitment to weekend only scheduling.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Shift Differentials from $2.50 – $5 per hour .
