We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor to join our team at Oxford Health & Rehabilitation Center. As a Weekend Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the care of our patients on weekends, ensuring that our high standards of care are met, and our patients receive the best possible experience during their stay with us.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the nursing staff on weekends. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, while also maintaining a safe and compassionate environment for all patients and staff. You will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and guiding the nursing staff on weekends, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Assuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Conducting bedside shift reports to ensure continuity of care
  • Identifying and responding to patient needs, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop effective care plans
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Responsibilities:
