Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures and site policies;
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and communicate with clinical staff and/or site leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Control access by monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access, and directing visitors to appropriate check-in areas in accordance with site policy;
Complete security-related reports and participate in shift briefings and/or handoffs to support continuity of operations
