Job Overview Secure a daily home-time position running 100% no-touch refrigerated freight within 300 miles of Henderson, NC, across SC, NC, TN, and VA. Expect 1,250 average weekly miles (1–3 routes daily, 1–3 stops per trip). Operations use slip-seat day cabs (International, Freightliner, Kenworth) backed by 24/7 on-site support.

Pay & Sign-On Bonus

• Earnings Potential: Average $1,200 weekly, scaling up to an annual earning potential of $70,000.
• Pay Structure: Choose between standard mileage bands (ranging from $41 for 0–50 miles up to $93–$96 for 176–225 miles) or experience-based CPM tiers ($0.45 for 0–11 mos up to $0.54 for 10+ yrs). Plus, earn $20 per stop.
• Orientation Pay: Receive $50 for 1 classroom day and $100 daily for 2–3 ride-along days.

Schedule & Requirements

• Prerequisites: Must provide personal transportation to the yard daily, maintain top safety habits, deliver strong customer service, and secure store arrival confirmations.
