Community and Global Nutrition and Food Science. This is a full-time, non-tenure-track, on-campus position that requires regular campus presence and active engagement with students and colleagues. The appointment is expected to begin in August 2026.

** Minimum Qualifications*
* ** For the rank of Visiting Assistant Professor:
** Ph.D. in nutrition or a closely related field by the start date of the appointment.
** For the rank of Instructor:
** Master’s degree in nutrition or a closely related field by the start date of the appointment.

Consideration may be given to candidates with credentialing as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration; experience teaching undergraduate nutrition courses at the college or university level; experience delivering courses in face-to-face and/or hybrid formats; and evidence of effective, student-centered teaching.
