Job Description Summary
Visiting Assistant Professor/Instructor to teach undergraduate nutrition courses aligned with departmental needs, which may include courses such as Food, Nutrition & Health;
Nutrition Across the Life Span;
Community and Global Nutrition and Food Science. This is a full-time, non‑tenure‑track, on‑campus position that requires regular campus presence and active engagement with students and colleagues. The appointment is expected to begin in August 2026.

Ph.D. in nutrition or a closely related field by the start date of the appointment.
InstructorMaster’s degree in nutrition or a closely related field by the start date of the appointment.
Consideration may be given to candidates with credentialing as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through the Commission on Dietetic Registration; experience teaching undergraduate nutrition courses at the college or university level; experience delivering courses in face‑to‑face and/or hybrid formats; and evidence of effective, student‑centered teaching.
