Pool Attendant - Seasonal, Part Time

Role Overview

The Pool Attendant ensures guests enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment and provides assistance throughout the day.

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well
• Work as a team to enhance the guests experience
• Maintain an active presence around the pool area, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction
• Work closely with housekeeping to ensure towels are clean and readily available
• Check in arriving guests to the pool area, helping them to identify as hotel/resort guests and find available area for them to set‑up for the day
• Clean all areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures
• Set‑up and break down the pool area to ensure a successful day
• Remove soiled linen and trash from all service areas and take to appropriate locations in the prescribed manner
• Always respond in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other team members

• Experience in a guest service role
• Open availability including evenings and weekends
• Engaging and energetic personality
• Ability to work on feet for an extended period
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Capable of lifting, carrying, and positioning loads of at least 25 lbs.
• Availability to work varied shifts to include nights, weekends, and holidays

$15.00 - $15.00 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
