Qualifications

What You Bring

* 5+ years of hotel General Manager experience (full-service preferred).

* Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.

* Strong hotel systems knowledge and analytical capability.

* Proven results in revenue, financial management, and operations.

* Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills.

* High integrity, professionalism, and a guest-focused mindset.
