The Elms Hotel & Spa, located in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, features 153 guest rooms and 11,000 sq ft of meeting space, offering a historic and supportive work environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer‑focused Bartender to deliver memorable hospitality to guests at The Elms Hotel & Spa.

• Greet guests as they arrive and guide them through the bar area.
• Maintain set‑up of the bar daily and manage inventory of beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, and perishables.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes and portion control.
• Take orders accurately, confirm special requests, and process payments at the point of sale.
• Collaborate with restaurant servers, kitchen, and bar staff to resolve guest concerns.
• Present accurate bills, lock up, and manage cash drops and bank deposits.

• Open availability for evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Engaging, welcoming personality with excellent communication skills.
• Current bartender certification or appropriate license.
• 2‑4 years of bartending experience, knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Proficiency in mixology trends and descriptive selling.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
