They must have the ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment and is responsible for providing outstanding patient service within the clinic and through various virtual communication channels, while maintaining a compassionate and welcome atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings and meet patient volume goals for telehealth and in‑patient visits.
  • Lead clinic staff and model excellent patient care for X‑Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists.
  • Provide guidance to ensure quality professional services and patient satisfaction.
  • Perform responsibilities as outlined in the SCRIBE job description.
  • Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
  • Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and guide patient care.
  • Engage with clinical leadership and elevate concerns to management to ensure strong patient care and resolve issues.
  • Ensure accurate completion of patient charts, timely chart forwarding, and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
  • Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians.
  • Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
  • Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, focusing on patient‑centric care, safety, cost, and accurate information.
  • Conduct Provider activities in compliance with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including HIPAA.
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment within clinic and virtual settings.
  • Pursue triage of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper follow‑up.
  • Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic test results and responsibly prescribe medications, educating patients on ongoing care for acute and chronic conditions.
  • Attest to and follow clinical practice guidelines set by the Office of Medical Affairs.
  • Attend mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising Physicians and E/M training sessions.
  • Perform responsibilities within standard NP/PA protocols.
  • Complete mandatory compliance training to maintain continued quality of care.
  • Adhere to the company’s core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
  • Recommend ideas to improve overall patient experience and care within the clinic and telehealth leadership.
  • Communicate regularly within the team to support excellent patient care.
  • Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, provide clinic tours, and overview clinic processes.
  • Assist new employees with learning activities and complete required training.
  • Support new employee training through job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities.
  • Maintain friendly and cordial relations with all clients and employees, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
  • Perform the physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions required for the position, as specified by physical demands.
  • Be knowledgeable and comply with company standards of operations.
  • Promote and maintain a respectful culture of confidentiality for employees, employers, and the business.
  • Consult with patients through virtual communication channels.
  • Preferred experience working as a Telehealth Clinician.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • PRN Employees are required to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
