United Dairy Farmers - 101 West High Street - Responsibilities:
Manage other associates including assigning/monitoring duties, coaching, and training Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates;
Store administration including ordering, reviewing weekly delivery reports, and handling paperwork as directed by Store Manager or District Supervisor;
Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure guests are greeted warmly and assisted to leave satisfied;
Prepare Dip Side items and ice cream/yogurt servings, sundaes, sodas, and hand-packed containers;
Operate the point of sale system and gas console, including handling transactions and cash management
