Security Officer Mobile Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or public authorities as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unusual activity, assist with access-related issues, and provide directions and general assistance to guests in a professional manner.;
Support retail property operations by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, while following post orders and client site expectations.
