Facilities Technician 2

Our client, a leading facilities management organization, is seeking a Facilities Technician 2 to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 2, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the operational integrity of a large, historic building. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, technical proficiency, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:

Oxford, OH

Shift: Thursday-Sunday 10am to 8pm

What's the Job?

• Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Record readings and make adjustments to ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Use appropriate tools to troubleshoot simple electrical circuits and HVAC systems.
• Perform repairs and general maintenance tasks on building components and operational equipment.

What's Needed?

• At least 3 years of hands-on construction and maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and general handyman skills.
• Ability to operate basic computer programs and systems, including CMMS.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Physical ability to perform labor tasks including bending, lifting over 50 lbs, and handling tools.
