Nursery Operations Manager: EYFS & Family Engagement

A well-established nursery group in Oxfordshire is seeking a Nursery Manager. The successful candidate will lead daily operations, ensure compliance with policies, and build relationships with parents. Additionally, responsibilities include managing recruitment, marketing occupancy, and preparing for inspections. A minimum of 2 years management experience and passion for early years are required. A Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and Paediatric First Aid are desirable.
