Role summary:Help create unforgettable play experiences for children aged 6–13! Blackbird Leys Adventure Playground is looking for a fun, committed, and child‑centred Playworker to join our vibrant team. Our playground is a unique community space where children can explore, build, climb, create, and play freely in a safe and supportive environment.

• Supporting children aged 6–13 during after‑school sessions and holiday play schemes
• Encouraging imaginative, adventurous, and inclusive play
• Supervising play areas to ensure safety while allowing children freedom to explore
• Helping to set up, run, and tidy away activities and resources
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Supporting behaviour in a calm, consistent, and child‑led way
• Assisting with snack preparation and general daily routines

Job location: Blackbird Leys, Oxford

Pay Rate: £13.16 (increased in line with living wage every April)
