Position: Team Leader Childrens Residential Home

Location: Oxfordshire

Salary:Up to £50,444 per annum (up to 3 sleep-ins per month)

As a Team Leader
, you will help young people regain their childhoods and build pathways towards becoming well-rounded, confident adults. Its an incredibly rewarding role. There will be challenges, but there will also be the smallest moments that feel like huge victories and those are the moments that matter most.

The home supports young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs
, with a strong focus on creating positive, lasting change.

Youll play a vital role in the day-to-day care of young people helping routines run smoothly, creating positive experiences and building meaningful relationships.

As a Team Leader, You Will
  • Support and guide the staff team on shift
  • Ensure the home operates to high standards of care and compliance
  • Provide leadership and motivation to colleagues
  • Step up to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers when required
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with young people
  • Remain calm, compassionate and resilient in challenging situations

Youll be someone who leads by example supportive, emotionally intelligent and able to inspire others.

Salary & Bonuses
  • Base salary: £35,400 £ 42,664
  • Up to 3 sleep-ins per month paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £2,880 per year)
