Salary : £35,000 per annum

• Oversee the front of house operations across dining halls, events, and functions
• Act as Duty Manager, ensuring smooth service delivery and rapid resolution of any issues
• Lead, motivate, and train front‑of‑house teams to deliver consistently high standards
• Maintain excellent customer service for students, fellows, staff, and external guests
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations
• Collaborate closely with kitchen, events, and college stakeholders
• Support the delivery of formal dinners, VIP events, conferences, and celebrations

• Proven experience in a front‑of‑house supervisory or duty management role in a busy environment
• Background in high quality hospitality, events, hotels, or contract catering preferred
• Calm, organised, and confident under pressure
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A professional, polished manner with attention to detail
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends
