At Market Halls, we’re not just looking for someone to greet guests. You’ll be the first face our guests see and the last they remember, setting the tone for their entire visit. From managing bookings and coordinating seating across our venue and social gaming areas, to touching tables, answering questions and confidently upselling drinks, you’ll create a warm, organised and energetic welcome that keeps the experience running smoothly from the very start.
Working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you’ll take ownership of the guest journey at the door, managing busy services with confidence and keeping communication flowing between the floor, bar and kitchen teams. Being a Host here is all about creating great first impressions, maintaining the energy of the venue and ensuring every guest feels looked after from arrival to departure.
Located in the heart of Oxford Street, Market Halls brings together incredible food, vibrant bars, live entertainment, social gaming and a packed programme of events under one roof. With nine kitchens and two buzzing bars, it’s a lively social destination where hospitality starts the moment guests walk through the door – and as a Host, you’ll be at the centre of it all.
