Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Housekeeper role based in Oxford. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our glamping domes, lodges, and communal areas at Green Acres Holiday Retreat.

Daily duties will include cleaning and organising accommodation, laundry services, restocking guest amenities, and promptly reporting any maintenance issues. The role also involves helping to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. There may be opportunities to take part in occasional training or collaborative team initiatives.

Working hours are subject to bookings and will be scheduled in line with check-in and check-out times. The role offers flexibility, provided all cleans are completed to the required standard and within the designated time frames.

Qualifications

• Strong Organization Skills to prioritize tasks and maintain efficient cleaning schedules
• Experience in Laundry and related cleaning tasks with attention to detail
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to address guest needs effectively
• Ability to engage in Training sessions and adapt to processes for maintaining high standards
• Dependable and self-motivated with a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
• Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping is advantageous
