We are seeking an experienced and reliable College Scout / Housekeeper to join a professional housekeeping team in Oxford during the busy summer period.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a prestigious Oxford college environment, helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation for students, staff, guests and conference visitors.

The role is based on a rota working any 5 days out of 7. Flexibility is essential, and some weekend shifts will be required.

• Cleaning student bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and communal areas to a high standard
• Preparing and servicing guest and conference accommodation
• Vacuuming, dusting, mopping and sanitising designated areas
• Replenishing toiletries, linen and cleaning supplies
• Reporting maintenance or health and safety concerns promptly
• Supporting the housekeeping team during busy conference and summer periods
• Ensuring all areas remain clean, safe and welcoming at all times

• Previous hotel housekeeping or college cleaning experience is essential
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of work
• Reliable, punctual and professional approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of the rota

• £12.71 per hour
• Consistent morning shifts: 08:00 - 13:00
