Chartwells Independent in Oxford is recruiting a Hospitality Sous Chef to lead high-quality catering for conferences and events, from 50 to 450 covers, across buffets, canapés, fine dining and banqueting.

The role supports the Head Chef, ensures food safety and cost-efficiency, collaborates with the kitchen team, and requires flexibility for evenings and weekend events; salary £35,000 per annum, 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 shifts at Oxford Brookes University.
