Jesus College Oxford is seeking a Lodge Receptionist to be the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors and conference guests. The role involves front-of-house duties, handling calls, emails, and in-person enquiries, and supporting mail, deliveries, events and room bookings on site in Oxford.
The ideal candidate will have solid receptionist and clerical skills, excellent communication, professional phone etiquette, and a calm, organized approach to a busy front‑of‑house environment.
