The Role As Bar Manager, you will take ownership of the bar operation, leading a talented team and ensuring consistently high standards across service, drinks quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the bar team to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive drinks quality, menu knowledge and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Ensure every drink served meets the highest standards.
• Manage stock control, ordering, audits and bar profitability.
• Monitor GP performance and support commercial targets.
