Wilson Vale is seeking a Duty Manager for Rhodes House in Oxford to oversee all hospitality services during breakfast, lunch and dinner and to manage a team across diverse events. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on operations, and a commitment to exceptional food and service.
You will coordinate with clients, manage staff during conferences, weddings and other events, and drive high standards of quality and guest experience in a premium contract catering environment.
