Hospitality Assistant

The Role This is a hands-on, varied position at the heart of a busy professional workplace. From setting up polished meeting room catering and welcoming deliveries to resetting spaces and making sure shared areas always look their best, your work will have a visible impact every day. You’ll be supporting a premium, client-facing office environment where presentation, service and attention to detail really matter.

Working closely with the Facilities Manager and Reception team, you’ll help ensure meetings, visitors and day-to-day hospitality run smoothly. There may also be scope to take on more responsibility around meeting room bookings, catering orders and hospitality planning as you settle into the role. What's on Offer £16 per hour plus holiday pay Monday to Thursday, 8:30am–3:00pm, 26 hours per week Three-month temporary contract with an immediate start Fully office-based in London Exposure to a professional, client-facing corporate environment A supportive team and varied day-to-day workload Who We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally bring experience from corporate hospitality, although strong hotel, conference, events or front-of-house backgrounds would also be well suited.

You’ll be confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders, with a friendly, polished and professional manner. A working knowledge of food hygiene, dietary requirements and allergens would be useful. Above all, you’ll be personable, reliable, proactive and comfortable stepping in wherever support is needed. Manage meeting room catering orders, deliveries, set-up and clearing to ensure a professional service Maintain kitchens, dining areas and hospitality spaces to a consistently high standard Receive hospitality deliveries and distribute refreshments across the office as required Reset meeting rooms promptly and keep shared office areas tidy and presentable Support the Facilities Manager with stock checks, office orders and day-to-day facilities matters Liaise with cleaning teams, contractors and service providers while sharing relevant updates Hospitality Assistant
