As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for clients and guests while maintaining the highest standards of service.

• Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Maintain a polished and professional front of house environment.
• Handle enquiries efficiently and confidently.
• Support daily operational requirements as needed.
• Represent both Lime Hospitality and our client in a positive and professional manner.

• Previous Front of House experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
