Clinical Operations Manager

Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Oxford Vaccine Group in the Department of Paediatrics as our Clinical Operations Manager.

You will play an important role in the successful execution of the UK clinical trial research portfolio.

This position is offered full-time on a fixed-term contract initially for 3 years with the possibility to extend provided further external funding is available. The role is based at the Oxford Vaccine Group site.

You will be responsible for supporting the development of high-quality research documents, efficient resource management and adherence to regulations, and provide effective support through great communication and organisational skills.

You will have a proven ability in clinical trial delivery and operational planning with demonstrable experience of managing multiple projects at various stages of development. You will possess a strong working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) with the ability to problem solve, motivate and manage people. You will have highly effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of staff and an ability to operate effectively in a demanding and fast-paced research environment.

£49,119 to £58,265 per annum (pro-rata)
