The Ellison Institute of Technology (EIT) Oxford is seeking a Bioinformatician to join the Bioinformatics platform team. You will develop algorithms for genomics and transcriptomics in plants, and work with researchers to translate questions into scalable pipelines and analyses.
Ideal candidates have a PhD in a relevant field, strong genomics experience, and proficiency in Python/R, Linux HPC, and ML approaches for trait prediction. Collaboration with engineers and researchers is essential.
