The role will involve:

Undertaking protected species and habitat surveys

Preparing Preliminary Ecological Appraisals and ecological reports

Supporting BNG assessments and ecological impact assessments

Assisting with mitigation, monitoring and licensing work Contributing to project delivery and client relationships

Developing technical skills through training and mentoring

To be considered for the Ecologist position, you will need:

A degree in ecology or a closely related subject

Relevant ecological consultancy experience

Good knowledge of UK ecology, legislation and policy

Strong report-writing and IT skills

Full UK driving licence

Full right to work in the UKTo live in or near Oxford and be able to commute to the office
