Reporting to the Biologics Manufacturing Manager, the successful candidate will carry out daily production activities relating to kit and flowcell components. Main responsibilities include:
- kit vial labelling
- material dispensing
- kit packaging
- stock monitoring and control
- lab housekeeping
- general use reagent preparation
- supporting the production of Biologics components (buffers, protein, analytes etc.)
- Hands-on experience in a laboratory or manufacturing setting
- A' Levels in Biology or Chemistry, advanced maths skills and a good understanding of scientific concepts
- Knowledge of handling chemicals
- A good eye for detail, effective communication and a team-oriented attitude
- Organisational skills and a systematic approach to work
- Quality and process driven, responsive to customer needs, and can take a positive approach and work to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing environment
