WE'RE HIRING: MOTORCYCLE TECHNICIAN - NORTH OXFORD BMW MOTORRAD

North Oxford BMW Motorrad is looking for a skilled, passionate Motorcycle Technician to join our workshop team. If you take pride in high-quality workmanship, thrive in a premium-brand environment, and love all things two-wheeled, we'd love to hear from you.

• MOT Testing Certificate
• IMI Level 3 Motorcycle Maintenance & Repair qualification
• Strong diagnostic, servicing, and repair skills
• A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer care
• The ability to work efficiently as part of a high-performing team

• Basic salary £35,000 - £40,000pa (based on experience & qualifications)
• On-target bonus: £6,000pa
• Stretch bonus: £2,000pa
• 40 hours per week, with seasonal hours rotation:
  Summer: 08:00 - 17:30, Winter: 09:00 - 16:30
• Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturday mornings paid in addition, at standard rate
• Manufacturer training and development opportunities within BMW Motorrad
