Location:

Salary: £31,000 - £47,780 per year (depending on skills and experience)
Bonus: £1,500 sign-on bonus in month one + £1,500 after 6 months + performance bonuses
Hours:
Monday to Friday (flexible working available)

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join a busy, high-performing main dealer workshop in Oxford.
You'll be part of a skilled and supportive service team, responsible for carrying out inspections, maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles. The role offers excellent pay, flexible hours, and clear career development within a national automotive group.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on vehicles to manufacturer standards
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately
Perform road tests and quality checks on completed work
Maintain high workshop efficiency and first-time-fix standards
Follow health and safety, compliance, and manufacturer procedures
What We're Looking For
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic in a franchised or independent workshop
Full UK driving licence
Own set of tools
MOT testing qualification (advantageous but not essential)
Ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality workmanship
