Entry Level Installation Engineer

Full Training Provided

We are pleased to be working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Witney who are looking for a motivated and hands‑on individual to join their growing field team as an Entry Level Installation Engineer.

This is a practical, site‑based role involving travel to locations across the country, with requirement for overnight stays.

A full, clean driving license is essential.

You will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing materials to precise specifications. The role also involves heat welding materials using specialist tools to deliver a high‑quality, visually appealing finish.

Working as part of a skilled pair, you'll receive full training and ongoing support to develop your expertise and confidence on‑site.

• Strong practical, hands‑on skills
• Previous experience in construction or roofing (desirable but not essential)
• Good organisational and communication abilities
• A flexible approach to travel and working hours

• Full training (including 1‑to‑1 support), spanning a minimum of 18 months
• Company vehicle and all necessary tools/equipment
• Overtime opportunities (paid at enhanced rates)
