Fall Protection Engineer / Access & Safety Operative

Location: Field Based – Nationwide

£4,000 Sign-On Bonus

If you know your way around lifelines, guardrails and working at height, you’ll already know this isn’t your average site role. The work is varied, the standards are high, and no two jobs look the same. That’s exactly why we’re offering a £4,000 sign‑on bonus – to bring in engineers who can hit the ground running.

• Service, maintain and repair a wide range of height safety systems, including fall arrest and life safety lines, eyebolts, gantries and walkways, guardrails, fixed and portable ladders, and general lifting equipment.
• Ensure all work meets British Standards and strict compliance requirements.
• Identify and report any remedial or additional works.
• Work across different sites nationwide, with occasional stays away.
• Support other divisions when required.

• Experience working at height or within access/safety systems.
• Confidence using tools and working in a hands‑on environment.
• Good understanding of health and safety standards.
• Full UK driving licence.

• £4,000 sign‑on bonus (subject to criteria).
