Rate: £180 - £200 per day

They are currently seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join their team for upcoming prestigious projects. This is a role for a craftsman who thrives on detail and takes pride in delivering a "snag-free" finish for discerning clients.

You will be working on high-specification private properties, covering all aspects of carpentry from structural stages through to the final, intricate details. Ensuring all work is executed to an elite standard consistent with luxury residential expectations. Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe working environment on-site.

• 1st Fix:
  Structural timber work, including roofing, joists, and studwork.
• 2nd Fix:
  High-quality door hanging, intricate skirting, architraves, and fitting bespoke cabinetry/joinery.
• Ensuring all work is executed to an elite standard consistent with luxury residential expectations.
• Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe working environment on-site.

• Experience: A solid background in 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, specifically within high-end or luxury residential environments.
• Tools: A full kit of professional-grade power and hand tools.
• Standards: A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work from technical drawings.
• Professionalism: Punctuality and a polite manner, as you will be working in high-value private homes.
• Logistics: A valid UK driving license and your own reliable transport.
