Advanced Plumber / Multi-Skilled Operative Salary: £50,000 per annum  Company Van  Fuel Card Gilmartins is expanding and we are looking for experienced plumbers to join our growing social housing repairs team across Oxford. This is a permanent, directly employed position offering excellent earning potential, long-term job security and a consistent workload. Areas Covered Properties are located across:
Oxford and surrounding areas Applicants must be willing to work across all contract areas.

The Role We are seeking an experienced plumber with additional multi-trade skills including:
Patch repair plastering Basic carpentry (desirable) Basic tiling (desirable) Basic electrics (like for like) You will carry out reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties, delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. What We're Looking For

You will have:
