Role Overview

Permanent Electrician role at Bromford Flagship Live West. Full-time 40 hours with on‑call out‑of‑hours rota.

• £38,270.09 per year with annual review
• £864 per week for on‑call rota
• 27 days annual leave + bank holidays (option to buy/sell up to 5 days)
• Up to 10% employer pension contribution

• Company van, tools, fuel card, uniform, tablet and phone

• Plan and carry out preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations across domestic and commercial properties
• Maintain and fault‑find on electrical and mechanical systems, including boiler controls, pumps, communal lighting, hot water systems, and HVAC units
• Complete rewiring, testing, and inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Diagnose issues quickly and deliver quality repairs efficiently
• Manage materials, record work accurately, and work safely within regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure homes are safe and fit for purpose

• Experience with 18th Edition wiring regulations or equivalent
• City & Guilds Electrical Test and Inspection Certificate
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
• AM2 qualification preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices
• Proficiency with IT systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Full, clean driving licence
• Proactive, flexible attitude to work and travel
• Basic DBS Check (arranged by BFL)
