CCS Limited is seeking a maintenance technician to perform building maintenance and repairs on client properties in the UK. The role covers carpentry, tiling, painting and minor plumbing, with a focus on completing works to a high standard and within time frames.
You will liaise with residents and CCS clients, manage orders and time sheets, and ensure PPE and equipment are maintained. A clean UK driving license and DBS check are required.
