Quarry Walk is seeking aMaintenance Technician to manage daily upkeep across a mixed-use community in Oxford, CT. The role covers residential, restaurant, retail, and office spaces to ensure a safe, clean environment for tenants, customers, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in property maintenance, hands-on skills with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems, and a strong customer-service mindset. OSHA 10 and relevant certifications are preferred.
