Location:

Oxford & Milton Keynes; postcode areas: OX, SG, AL and MK.

Rate: £24.53 per hour (Umbrella).

Contract:

6-Month Fixed-Term Contract.

Hours:

Monday to Friday.

We are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join a busy maintenance team working across social housing properties. You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance works, including responsive repairs, void property works, property MOTs, and planned maintenance. The role requires a high standard of workmanship and the ability to complete jobs efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

• Carry out responsive repairs within occupied and void properties.
• Complete planned maintenance and property MOT works.
• Undertake a variety of trade tasks and secondary trade duties where required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work.
• Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and clients.

• Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative.
• Competent across a range of trades (carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, decorating and other general maintenance skills desirable).
• Full UK Driving Licence. Must provide your own van and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
