Fire & Security Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our well-established company covering Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, with occasional work in London.

Job Details

£35,000 – £40,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
Full-time, permanent position
28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Company vehicle and fuel card
Mobile phone and laptop provided
All power tools supplied
Company pension scheme
Private medical insurance
1 in 6 on-call rota with £200 standby payment, plus £25 per hour for call-outs
Overtime paid at £25 per hour

Role & Responsibilities

Servicing, fault-finding and maintaining fire alarm, intruder alarm, CCTV and access control systems
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
Attending reactive call outs
Participating in a 1 in 6 on-call rota
Covering Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire, with occasional work in London

Skills & Experience

Previous experience servicing and maintaining fire and security systems
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience with fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control systems
Full UK driving licence
Excellent customer service and communication skills
