RG Setsquare is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative (Plumber or Carpenter bias) in Oxford to deliver maintenance across trades including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and decorating for social housing. 42.5 hours weekly, start ASAP, £22.95/hour on a temporary-to-perm basis.
Responsibilities include responsive repairs in occupied and void properties, repairing fixtures, installing kitchens, and ensuring safety and quality while recording work using handheld devices.
