Domestic Gas Engineer – Oxford/Berkshire – 45K Salary

We are a well‑established building services company in Oxfordshire with over 30 years of experience, seeking a fully qualified Domestic Gas Engineer to join our growing division. The role is based in Berkshire, works mainly along the M40 and M4 corridors, with occasional project work in London.

This permanent position combines installation and maintenance duties across a mix of residential block management, high‑end residential properties, and a small commercial portfolio. You will bring maintenance works in‑house for our firm and be involved in projects ranging from new‑build developments to luxury home improvements.

• Domestic gas installations on new‑build sites
• Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Boiler servicing and fault finding
• CP12s / gas safety inspections
• General plumbing works
• Small works such as tap repairs and installing high‑spec shower valves (up to £8,000)

• Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer
• Comfortable working in both installation and maintenance environments
• Experience in high‑end domestic or residential environments preferred
• Good customer‑facing skills

• £40,000 – £45,000 salary (depending on experience)
• 40‑hour working week
