Salary

Competitive base salary up to £45,000.

Benefits

Overtime available (time and a half), travel time paid after 30 minutes each way, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, company vehicle with personal use, standby payment £140 per week, call out payment £60 per job, 11 hours rest when on call.

Key Responsibilities

Service and maintain fire alarm systems (both addressable and conventional)
Service and maintain emergency lighting systems
Maintain fire extinguishers
Work safely and professionally within the domestic and social housing sector

Skills and Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience servicing and maintaining conventional and addressable fire alarm systems
Experience working within the social housing sector preferred
FIA training/qualifications desirable but not essential
Good understanding of BS5839-1 fire alarm standards
Full UK driving licence (clean licence preferred)
