I'd be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in general building trades, whether you've previously worked as a Domestic Plumber, Maintenance Plumber, or Bathroom Fitter.
As a Plumber you will be:- Repairs to domestic plumbing installations
- Installation of replacement sanitary ware and baths, shower trays and level decks and associated equipment
- Installation of kitchen sinks
- Installation of new pipe work (copper, speed fit, waste, rainwater)
- Installation and repairs of new sundry items such as taps and ball valves
- Installing and repairing water mains supplies, heating system pipe work and drainage stop taps
- Installing and fixing domestic appliances like showers and washing machines
- Vented and unvented cylinder heads
- Cold waterstorage tank maintenance and renewal
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in plumbing or more then 5 years experience within the plumbing trade
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience doing domestic plumbing
- Experience working within social housing or similar environments
- Ability to use iPad or iphone is essential

This role is offering a salary of £34,300 - £37,200 per year.
