Shuttering Carpenter

Link-Force Ltd is currently recruiting for a skilled Shuttering Carpenter to join a reputable Residential Construction company based in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and dismantling of formwork for various concrete structures, ensuring that all shuttering work is completed to a high standard, within the allocated timeframe. The role requires precise craftsmanship and adherence to safety regulations, with a focus on delivering quality results that meet client specifications.

The contractor will work closely with site management to ensure smooth progress and compliance with project plans.

• Previous experience as a Shuttering Carpenter / Formwork Carpenter on residential or commercial sites
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and site plans
• Ability to operate relevant tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to shuttering work
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
• CITB or CSCS Card is desirable
